Our Adventures in Baking ~ Pecan Shortbread Cookies

One of our favorite cookies is from a recipe for ‘Pecan Shortbread’ found on ‘Food Network dot com’ by Ina Garten ~ The Barefoot Contessa, and my wife decided to make another batch the other day.

I love the taste, flavor and consistency of shortbread, and these pecan shortbread cookies really are the best!  Ina’s recipe gives you all the details you need, so here’s a gallery of pictures of how ours turned out ~ enjoy! ☼ 🙂

One of Our Favorite Cookies ~ Pecan Shortbread Cookies

One of our favorite cookie recipes is Pecan Shortbread by Ina Garten, found in The Barefoot Contessa Cookbook and online at The Food Network dot com.  My wife followed Ina’s recipe and the Pecan Shortbread cookies turned out to be wonderfully delicious!  My role in the baking of desserts is, as usual: taste testing, general cleanup, dish washing and blogging. 🙂
