My wife made donuts this past Sunday for breakfast, trying a recipe called ‘Classic Sour Cream Baked Donuts’ she found on ‘I Knead to Eat dot com’ ~ and they were scrumptious!
The recipe made nine individual donuts, and ours were a batch of glazed donuts as the recipe calls for, and a second batch with just a dusting of powdered sugar. Either way, these donuts were wonderful, and the extras stored easily in a plastic container overnight in the refrigerator.
The next morning they were perfect cold out of the fridge for breakfast, and also after 10 seconds of warming in the microwave ~ just like straight out of the oven. Give these donuts a try, they’re a treat ~ enjoy! ☼ 🙂
