My wife tried a recipe for ‘Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake Muffins’ she found on ‘sprinkle some sugar dot com’ and we really enjoyed the results.  These muffins taste wonderful, and are the perfect breakfast or snack items as they taste just like a cinnamon swirl coffee cake.

Our muffins had two alterations to the recipe ~ using only half the amount of crumble topping and omitting the vanilla glaze on top ~ which didn’t detract from our enjoyment of these delicious treats at all.  Enjoy! ☼ 🙂
