We’ve always loved versions of Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake, and my wife decided to try a recipe today called ‘The Amazing Amish Cinnamon Bread Alternative’ she found at ‘Redfly Creations dot com.’

The recipe resulted in a moist and delicious Cinnamon Bread, while at the same time, it was straight forward and easy to make.  The next time she makes this recipe, my wife plans to use brown sugar in the cinnamon swirl along with chopped walnuts, and will also add a little vanilla extract to the batter for flavoring.  This Cinnamon Bread is perfect for breakfast or a snack anytime during the day ~ enjoy! ☼ 🙂

Update: We’ve since baked a double recipe with the changes indicated above, and the first photo in the gallery shows the two individual cakes and cupcakes from our latest efforts! ☼ 🙂
