Last year at Thanksgiving, my wife found a recipe online for ‘Pecan Pie Tartlets’ that were very tasty.  We don’t have the recipe she used to bake these from anymore, but I’m sure an online search will provide you with a number of options to make them yourself.  My wife remembers them to be a little labor intensive to make, however, they were delicious ~ enjoy! ☼ 🙂
