We tried a new cookie recipe awhile back for ‘Cream Cheese White Chocolate Chip Cookies’ that my wife found on the internet, and it turned out to be a nice change of pace for us.  These cookies turned out more like little individual cakes, with a nice flavor and soft consistency.   We enjoy pausing in the afternoon to take a break with some coffee and cookies or other baked treats, and the dough for these cookies is frozen in individual portions for baking off when needed ~ so it couldn’t be easier! 🙂
