We like to try new recipes, and decided to try a recipe for ‘Cran-Apple Crunch Pie’ posted on the back of our favorite shortbread pie crust by Keebler.  The recipe can also be found on ‘Keebler dot com.’  The pie turned out very nice as the flavors of the cranberries and apples mingled well together, but I couldn’t manage to get a nice slice out to photograph, as ours came out in more of a crumble than a crunch ~ but the taste was the same regardless ~ enjoy! 🙂
