Today’s recipe is ‘Slow Cooker Leek and Potato Soup’ that my wife found on ‘SkinnyMs’ dot com, and it’s a perfect recipe for all the soup lovers out there! 🙂 We topped our bowls of soup with bacon pieces as an extra touch and flavor enhancement when served.  Our only other suggestion for this recipe is that it called for more pepper than we would normally use, and next time we’ll skip the white pepper.  We love this recipe and it’s already a hands down favorite of ours for fall and winter ~ enjoy! ☼ 🙂
