My wife made a delicious recipe of ‘Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan’ for lunch today, and found Stephanie’s recipe posted online at ‘Girl Versus Dough’ dot com. This recipe was just as advertised ~ wonderfully tasting, easy to make, and now a regular favorite of ours!
My job as Sous Chef was prepping enough boneless, skinless chicken thighs the night before for this meal, and to be frozen for a future meal, by carefully removing all the visible fat with a sharp paring knife. Today’s slow cooker meal provided enough food for three different meals for my wife and I, based on the size of our individual portions.
My wife is in charge of slow cooker operations, and as her assistant I back her up with taste appreciation, food blogging and dish washing ~ it’s a sweet gig if you can get it ~ enjoy! 🙂
