My wife was recently researching new bread recipes to try, and came across this ‘Almond Milk Bread’ recipe found at ‘Heather’s French Press’ ~ http://www.heathersfrenchpress.com/2013/05/almond-milk-bread.html?utm_source=feedburner.  She added an extra step to work the sticky dough a second time with a little flour, which helped this loaf rise much higher in the loaf pan than the second unworked dough did, before placing it into the oven.  She also sprinkled the top with quick oats after brushing the tops with melted butter, but unfortunately they all fell off once the loaf was sliced.  This recipe is definitely a keeper in our house, as the bread is soft, delicious and wonderfully flavorful, with a very nice crust ~ enjoy! ☼ 🙂
