Adventures in Cooking ~ Strawberry Smoothies

This past week I’ve made healthy and delicious strawberry smoothies, which is very easy for anyone to do at home.  Simply blend frozen strawberries, skim milk, a little honey, low-fat vanilla yogurt, and two ripe bananas in the blender ~ and the result is better, and healthier for you, than a milk shake!  Enjoy! ☼ 🙂
