Every winter my wife makes chili in the slow cooker, and this year she used a McCormick online recipe called ‘Slow Cookers Chili’ which turned out wonderfully – everything you’d want in a delicious bowl of chili!  We topped the chili when served with a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkling of shredded mild cheddar cheese and chopped scallions/green onions.  A picture speaks a thousand words, so I’ll let a few photos tell the rest of the story ~ enjoy! 🙂
